Latest Update

The LDA would like to confirm that it has submitted a planning application for a proposed development on the former St. Teresa’s Gardens site. The planning application, including an Environmental Impact Assessment Report, has been submitted directly to An Bord Pleanála, as required under the Part 10 (Section 175) planning provisions. Full details of the planning application and all documents as lodged can be found at www.donoreprojectpart10.ie. All observations/submissions relating to the planning application should be submitted directly to An Bord Pleanála in line with statutory requirements. This website will remain as a reference and an archive of the process to date.
